The office and field service team consists of over 10 motivated employees who work for our customers every day. In more than ten branches, everyone is required to have a high degree of independence. We communicate directly and easily within the team via our internal IT. The headquarters are in Dübendorf, 5 minutes from Zurich Stettbach train station.
Current vacancies
50% workload, 100% expertise. With us, you will independently manage challenging private client cases – involving intercantonal and international aspects – within a well-established team with short decision-making processes. If you truly enjoy working in tax law but consciously prefer not to work full-time, this could be the position for you.
Your mandates – Depth instead of routine
- They prepare and review tax returns for demanding private clients independently and with the necessary depth.
- They handle complex cases with intercantonal and international aspects: real estate, self-employment, securities, DA-1/US, child deductions, alimony.
- They analyze assessment decisions, conduct clarifications with tax authorities and support appeals until the result – explained in an understandable way and prepared in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
- They ensure professional quality – in their own dossier and in the review.
- You are the first point of contact for your customers via telephone, email and ticketing system: technically precise, personally engaging.
What to bring
- At least 5 years Experience in private customer taxation in the cantons of Zurich, Aargau and other German-speaking Swiss cantons.
- Solid practical experience in complex situations: real estate, self-employment, securities, DA-1/US, child and maintenance issues.
- Safe handling of Dr. Tax (mandatory), assessment decisions, objection procedures, as well as review and quality control.
- IT affinity, very good MS-365 skills, excellent communication skills in German (spoken and written).
Additionally welcome
- Basic training or further education in the financial, insurance or tax sector (Federal Office, IAF, VBV, ...).
- Knowledge of English and/or Italian.
- Willingness to be flexible during the tax season – and therefore to have correspondingly quieter periods outside of peak season.

Are you looking for a varied part-time job in the tax field with direct client contact? We are offering a temporary, hourly-paid position for the spring and autumn. In this role, you will support our offices in Regensdorf and Bülach and ensure the smooth operation of our daily business.
Your role and your tasks
Their assignments involve a workload of one to two afternoons per week and location, with working hours depending on the specific needs and usually between approximately 2 pm and 8 pm.
Your main responsibilities include professionally receiving tax documents directly from our clients. You will use an internal checklist, record any additional necessary information, and carefully check the submitted documents for completeness. Furthermore, you will be responsible for collecting and monitoring payments made by cash, credit card, or Twint, and will independently manage our reservation system.
Your skills
For this position, you possess sound knowledge or strong prior experience in the field of taxation. You are highly flexible regarding your work location and ideally live near Regensdorf or Bülach. In addition to fluent German, knowledge of other national languages and English is a significant advantage. Furthermore, if you have a genuine enjoyment of direct and professional client interaction, you are a perfect fit for our profile.

- Assistance in tax matters during the season
- Independent processing of mandates from the initial consultation to completion
- Collaboration with the team of branch employees in the mandates
- Co-design of new product segments and offers as well as collaboration on our new and smart product system
profile and training
- Training in the financial sector (e.g. financial advisor or wealth advisor IAF, financial planner IAF, CFP)
- Certifications with FINMA and Cicero are mandatory
- Knowledge and experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
