• Independent processing of the customer portfolio. You recognize the needs of the customers and find the ideal "product fit"
• Advising clients on financial matters (tax planning, real estate issues, pension and insurance)
• Assistance in tax matters during the season
• Independent processing of mandates from appointment scheduling to completion
• Collaboration with the team of branch employees in the mandates
• Co-design of new product segments and offers as well as collaboration on our new and smart product system

profile and training

• Training and certification in the financial sector (e.g. financial advisor or wealth advisor IAF, financial planner, CFP)
• Knowledge and experience in the real estate sector is an advantage

We are always looking for employees in our branches around our locations. These temporary part-time positions require knowledge of personal taxes, a flexible work ethic and enjoyment in dealing directly with customers.

Experience in customer service, a well-groomed appearance and good, courteous communication in German are essential. Additional language skills, especially in English, Italian and other foreign languages, are an advantage.
